I have been a Strategic Management and Human Resources (HR) Professional for the past 24 years. As a HR Business partner, I have turned organizations into passion hubs. I have led Turn Key Projects, HR teams within various businesses such as Engineering, Auto Components, Food & Retail and Non-Profits. I have a broad bandwidth of experience across organizations that were spread within India and beyond, to Europe, Asia and the USA. I have played an active role in Mergers and Acquisitions as well as diversity and managing change. I hold a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and Organization Development and a Certified Success coach.
For the past 6 years, I have been working as a Principal Consultant with my company Great Workplace LLC. My company helps businesses of different sizes to build a long term strategy for sustainability, employee engagement and retention and provides coaching to the leaders. For the last year, I have been actively working as a consultant to Minority and Women Owned Businesses within the Port Huron area to assist them with applying and securing Federal COVID Grants and Aids. Coaching for success and building trust with Key stakeholders in the community.
Kanchan is married to Mukund Wankhede and they have two children Ruchi and Ayaan who are in college.
