Learn & Do: Domains for Start Ups

LEARN why domains matter to your startup and how to control them, DO - get your domain and organize it in a guided workshop.

In an effort to help entrepreneurs and small business owners start navigating the digital marketing space, Campbell Tech Solutions is offering this two-part workshop at no cost for members of the Blue Water Startups and Entrepreneurs, the Blue Water Chamber of Commerce, or current Campbell Tech Solutions' clients/staff. 

We promise - this isn't a SALES seminar. We're hoping to arm you with know-how that can help you get a positive foothold on the Internet. 

This class is offered in a workshop format. You will have the chance to snag valuable insight into domains and domain control that can help you keep things flowing with your startup. 

Domains: What are they? Why are they important to my business? How do I get one? How much does it cost? How do I protect it? 

The class will be divided into 2 one hour segments. The 2nd segment is optional - and will be of particular value to those just getting started with their startup. 

• Part 1 - Information Dump about domains. what are they and what do they mean to you. (1 hr) 

• Part 2 - Hands on. Bring your tablet or computer. If you want to walk through getting setup and moving with your domain - we can do that. 

Should I bring my computer/tablet? Yes, if you'd like to participate in Part 2.
